Affiliate Member Nomination Form For USHJA Champion Horse Show

NorCal Hunter Jumper Association is an affiliate member of USHJA and is eligible to nominate 3 riders per division to compete in the Las Vegas championship show.
Riders nominated do not need to qualify via traditional USHJA points accumulation. USHJA divisions that open to the Affiliate Nomination process are indicated in the form below.
All nomination applications will be reviewed using an established criteria and the best qualified candidate(s) shall have their nomination forwarded to the USHJA.
