Each applicant will be notified by November 15th as to whether or not he or she is selected for the clinic in the lottery.

* If there are not enough ponies to fill a complete group, NorCal reserves the right to exclude ponies, as it is not possible within the time allowed for each session to reset courses to include both horses and ponies.

Only one application per rider.

Refunds will be provided to those riders not selected in the lottery.

There will be no refunds provided to riders that are selected in the lottery for hay or shavings if a rider is unable to attend, as they must be ordered and paid for prior to the clinic.
